What will be my starting salary?

Salaries we pay depend on various factors such as education, previous experience, professional qualifications and credentials. There will be regular reviews and appraisals of your performance and professional development through continuing education, and resulting changes of salary level all along the path of your professional growth.

Will I have an opportunity to continue my education?

Is lots of overtime work expected?

At Grant Thornton Amyot we try to make sure that the task load and deadlines assigned to each employee is realistic and within scopes of his/her qualifications, at the same time giving a challenge and keeping up with the pace of our clients. There are, however, times when an extra effort will be needed from each member of our tem to top the mark of high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Will I have all necessary resources for quality work?

We will do our best to provide you with all that is necessary to make your work not only effective, but also pleasant. You will have your workstation area with necessary equipment and hardware/software, materials and access to professional literature. Travel to and from the clients' premises will be provided, per diem and overnight stays on business trips will be reimbursed.

What kind of progress within the company may I expect?
